I believe this was the County Jail for Noblesville. I guess Grandpa liked the architecture of the building.

Your grandpa was really artistic! He seemed to experiment with styles as well. How cool! That reminds me of my grandmother and her oil paintings. She loved to paint! It put her at ease. I know I feel more at east after a flow of creativity has passed through me.
